At Haven Healthcare, our goal is to maximize the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual health of our customers. We contract with Assisted and Independent Living Facilities, so their residents receive the specialized care they need in a comfortable and nurturing environment. By partnering with our experienced healthcare professionals, independent living communities allow each of their residents to focus on reaching their health care goals. With Haven Healthcare, you can have the confidence that your loved one is receiving the care and attention they deserve.

The Benefits of Independent Living

For many seniors, the decision to move to an assisted living or independent living community is often a difficult one. Despite some concerns, independent living facilities offer many advantages that seniors would not receive at home. These benefits include assistance with daily activities such as bathing and dressing, an opportunity to socialize with others, privacy in a home-like setting, and no obligations to attend to household tasks like cleaning and lawn care.

Many facilities are flexible enough to accommodate any health concerns that arise as your loved one ages, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. If you are your loved one’s primary caregiver, this takes some of the stress off your shoulders, especially if you are struggling to keep up with medications and other health care demands. By choosing a facility with Haven Healthcare, you also ensure that your loved one’s physical and cognitive abilities are maximized as they continue to age.
